David “O.G.ONE” Jackson, Celebrity DJ, Music Producer, Entreprenuer, and Personal & Professional Developmental Coach. O.G.ONE has been involved in the Portland music scene for over 25 years as a music creative, DJ, and community advocate. O.G.ONE’s skills as a music curator through the art of djing has landed him on stages with some of the most elite artist, musicians and celebrity figures from Rihanna, Dua Lipa, H.E.R., Snoop Dogg, Ne-Yo, Michael Jordan, Damian Lillard, CBS Radio, and is currently the official DJ for the Portland Trail Blazers and currently serves as a Governor Board member of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Recording Academy (Grammys), just to name a few. O.G. has been of service in the academy for five years and has served both as Vice President, advocacy committee, membership committee, and education co-chair.

 David has leveraged his celeb status to organize and co-found the Annual Portland Hip Hop Week in collaboration with the city of Portland to help bridge the divide between the Hip Hop Community and city agencies. Through his Leadertainment LLC, personal & professional development coaching company, he has organized and founded the “{Meeting of the Minds” Network Mixer which focuses on unifying the Hip Hop/R&B community and coaching the next generation of leaders. David “O.G.ONE” Jackson’s impact and influence in the Pacific Northwest was recognized when asked to become a surrogate representative during the Obama presidential campaign as well as being called upon by city officials and agencies as a liaison between the BIPOC music community. O.G. also works closely with and does consulting with MusicPortland which does advocacy work in support of artists, musicians, venues, and music businesses in building a stronger music ecosystem.
